This weekend B and I will be traveling to the Hudson Valley area of NY to meet with the caterer (FEAST Caterers for those who may have forgotten). They are having "Bridal Day" for all those who are booked with them. We have asked to meet with our planner afterwards so we can discuss details and maybe even finalize the menu. We don't want to have to keep driving there and I doubt I will have second thoughts about the beef and chicken meal we decide on. Especially since I have an idea of what I want after I took a vote with Ann, Jackie, Billy and Aunt Carol. So if you don't like anything blame one of them.
I hope to have an update on what transpired and tasted like next week.
