I got an email from Bed Bath and Beyond (I think the email came from the Beyond section). I guess they misstated some thread counts on multi-ply bedding products over the past seven years. The parties have reached a proposed settlement of the lawsuit. The settlement and this Notice have been preliminarily approved by the Court.
